History of Gulfstream Aircraft

Some GULFSTREAM Aircraft Maintenance Manuals PDF above the page.

The Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation was founded in 1958 when the largest aviation company Grumman began to produce aircraft for business and government representatives.

The new company produced its first aircraft, the Gulfstream I, in 1959 and immediately successfully sold as many as 200.

In the future, the company continued intensive growth, which at certain points in time was interspersed with economic crises, which resulted in the sale and purchase of Gulfstream Aerospace.

Gulfstream Aerospace is currently a 100% subsidiary of General Dynamics.

Gulfstream continues to design, manufacture, market, sell and service its business jets.

At the moment, it has sold more than 2,000 aircraft of various models and modifications, namely Gulfstream G280, G350, G450, G500, G550, G600 and Gulfstream G650, G650ER.

Gulfstream aircraft are high speed, long range, cutting edge technology and style. These aircraft provide the best flight quality in the world.

The merit of Gulfstream lies primarily in the continuous development and improvement of business jet models.

The company sells, perhaps, the most advanced jets in terms of technical equipment and innovations.

With the introduction of the Gulfstream IV-SP model aircraft in 1997, with a range of up to 7,800 km, the company provided an excellent opportunity for business representatives to fly private jets from Frankfurt to New York.

The next model, the Gulfstream V, made it possible to connect Tokyo and New York.

In addition to the production and sale of business jets, Gulfstream Aerospace offers unique services for its aircraft worldwide, as well as credit, leasing, charter and fleet management services.

Gulfstream has the largest business aviation support network with over 4,000 technicians and the largest stock of parts in the industry, distributed through more than 30 service centers worldwide.
